Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, stock limitations, or shipping restrictions). Payments are processed through trusted providers including Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

10. Product Use & Pet Safety

Furzzee products are designed for pet enrichment, comfort, and play. Always supervise your pet during use and inspect items regularly for signs of wear. Stop using any item that becomes damaged or loose. Furzzee is not liable for injuries or damages caused by misuse, lack of supervision, or use that does not match a product’s intended purpose.

11. User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, reviews, photos, or other materials, whether at our request or on your own initiative (“Submissions”), you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, or otherwise use those Submissions in any medium without restriction. We have no obligation to keep any Submission confidential, to compensate you for it, or to respond to it.

We may (but are not obligated to) monitor, edit, or remove any Submission that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party’s intellectual property rights or these Terms.
