Shipping Policy

At Furzzee, we’re committed to getting your order to you in a smooth, reliable way. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your items will arrive.

Processing & Delivery Time

The delivery time is made up of two parts:

  • Order cutoff: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (ET) are handled on the next business day.
  • Processing time: 0–1 business day — order confirmation, customization, quality check, and packing.
  • Transit time: 6–10 business days. Once your item is picked up from the warehouse, it typically takes 6–10 business days to arrive at the destination.
  • Total delivery time: 6–11 business days (handling + transit) from the date of purchase.

Once your order leaves our facility, it’s handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners.

Shipping Partners

To ensure dependable delivery, we work with established carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your destination and the size of your shipment.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your package any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.

Sales Tax

The price you see is the price you pay. All applicable taxes are included in the listed price, with no hidden fees of any kind.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Furzzee is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it before shipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first.
  • If your package is confirmed lost or stolen in transit, email info@furzzee.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • For damaged packages, send photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
