Every product is made with non-toxic, pet-safe materials and tested with real pets before it ships. As with any toy or accessory, supervise play and replace items that show wear.

Processing and Delivery Time

  • Order cutoff: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (ET) are handled on the next business day.
  • Processing time: 0–1 business day — order confirmation, quality check, and packing.
  • Transit time: 6–10 business days from the warehouse to the destination.
  • Total delivery time: 6–11 business days (handling + transit) from the date of purchase.

Shipping Partners

We work with established carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your destination and the size of your shipment.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your package at any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.

Sales Tax

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Furzzee is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it before shipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first.
  • If your package is confirmed lost or stolen in transit, email info@furzzee.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • For damaged packages, send photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your Furzzee order. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within this period.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in original packaging.
  • Free of fur, scents, marks, or chew evidence.
  • Accompanied by a receipt, order ID, or other proof of purchase.
  • Requested within 30 days of the carrier's marked delivery date.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@furzzee.com to initiate a return. We'll provide you with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. The original delivery charge is not refunded unless the issue was on our end. We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and shipping label. In these cases, Furzzee covers return postage and will reship the correct item or refund you in full.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Anything tagged Final Sale at checkout or bought during a clearance event.
  • Beds, blankets, plush toys, or apparel that have already been used or laundered.
  • Treats, chews, or grooming products whose seal has been opened.
  • Customized, monogrammed, or made-to-order pieces.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Order Cancellations

You have a 12-hour grace window after checkout to request a full cancellation, provided the order hasn't entered our pick-and-pack queue. Past that point, the standard return process applies. Email info@furzzee.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days for the full amount you paid. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
